Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging: As It Interfaces with RLT
May 9 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

You’re invited to an online community conversation hosted by Deran Young on Systems Thinking on Tuesday, May 9th, 1-3pm ET. Deran Young, Leticia Brown, and Tiffany Hall Campbell are the panelists.
We’ll examine why Systems Thinking matters in terms of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.
In terms of understanding systemic oppression (ie: ableism, racism, classism, homophobia, transphobia, fat-phobia, xenophobia, etc.), Systems Thinking is a method of navigating the complexity of the world and human beings by looking at it in terms of intersecting cultures and relational power dynamics. It also provides a way of exploring and developing effective action in complex contexts to enable effective and sustainable systems change.
This Community Conversation will highlight the Relational Life Therapy (RLT) tools that can be used to support Systems Thinking.
It’s free for anyone who attends live. (A recording will be available in exchange for a sliding scale donation.)
